Right now John and I are at his parents house on Long Island enjoying the 4th of July holiday. We had a fun time yesterday except for the rain. You would think that would have stopped the fireworks, but no sireee…people were even setting them off in the rain and I don’t mean a light rain either. Our sweet Sofia turned 9 mos. yesterday and we are wondering how many more months until we can go get her. Our agency is saying 3-4 mos. We just hope it will be closer to the 3 mos. time frame. It would be so nice to get her before her 1st birthday. Although, we feel so fortunate that she is our daughter, that we will be pleased no matter how long it takes. We are going to hang out by the pool today and just relax. Hope everyone had a nice holiday.
