I had mine removed (the old fashion way…5 inch scare) when I was a freshman in HS. Not fun at all…rest, rest, rest!!!! Oh ya, and NO laughing episodes either. My darn sisters had it out for me…they tried to lighten the mood. We laughed and laughed and about an hour later I cried and cried…the worst pain ever (yes, even worse than child birth).

Hey Jonni, hope you are feeling better soon, I had abdminal surgery in September and it can knock your socks off, make sure you dont over do it! At least its the perfect weather for staying inside snuggled up with your two beautiful princesses! Time to upgrade that netflix account!

Oh my word Jonni……I am so sorry, but so thankful that you called the doctor when you did!!! It could have been so much worse if it had progressed or heaven help, ruptured!!
I can imagine the pain that you are in….surgery in the abdominal area is not easy to recover from. It is your core, and everytime you move, you are using your stomach muscles to some degree.
Please take care of yourself…. I hope that you have a speedy recovery and will be able to enjoy a healthy and a happy Holiday Season!!!
