Ugggh! I have fallen so far behind in posting to my poor blog. Still have Thanksgiving and Christmas pictures to upload.
I have decided that this year I am going to set goals for myself in regards to photography. I am working on using my camera in 100% Manual mode and will not use any other mode until I am confident in my ability. I am learning to meter correctly and have proper exposure as well. This is the year that I am going to buckle down and improve. I feel excited and really want to learn all I can. My goal is to become a professional photographer in the next 1-3 years. There, I said it!!!! I have never admitted that I want to be a professional photographer but I do and I am going to work hard every day to make that dream a reality. I have a long way to go to get there but I am going to make it happen. This has been the first time ever that I have felt that I can do it. I have joined the I Love Photography Forum and if you are interested in photography there is no better place than ILP for motivation and growth. And best of all, it’s free! I think it’s the best Photography forum out there. After you register, just scroll down the page and the forums are at the bottom. Today my 28mm lens arrives and I am going to work on some natural lighting indoor shots. I can’t wait to get started.
