Yay! I finally finished the blog redesign and it ended up getting a lot more in-depth than I had planned. I had trouble finding a background image that would load quick that I liked so I made a set of seamless tiles and chose one for the blog. Then I wanted some type of logo for the blog, but I could not find a design that worked so I read a straight-forward tutorial on making a round stamp in Photoshop. I like the clean, minimalist look of it. I also made the top of the blog rounded by creating a few images that would either sit on top of the header or tile seamlessly. I am glad to be done. John says I could never design blogs for a living because it would take me too long and I completely agree.![]()
I have a lot of catching up to do today. We are moving to the Poconos in PA for John’s new job and Samantha’s readoption day happened a few weeks ago. I had to send my camera and all lenses in to Canon to be repaired/calibrated and we are trying to get ready for Christmas. I will add another post later. Happy Sunday.

JenB007 - Yay for John’s new job! I know that when I spoke to him last time that he was looking. And you will be a lot closer! Only about 4 hours away now! When are you moving?
ProPhoto - This is a test comment made by a ProPhoto Blogs tech while I’m troubleshooting your blog. You can delete it as soon as you see it. Thanks!
Carla - Yeah for John! I’m so happy about his job. So, at least you are getting closer….but not close enough. The Poconos are beautiful and I’m sure you will enjoy being there!
Love the new design chick! You did mucho good!
Hugs,
Carla
