I think the sign of a good agency is how they handle things when things go wrong. It is easy to go with the flow when everything is working fine.

Wow, how exciting, I can't believe you leave next week! I hope you get your camera back on time. Sometimes I think that there are just "lemons" out there. I had my Nikon D40 for 3 years with never a problem for Christmas Kevin bought me a Nikon D90 in April I had to send it to Nikon because it just stopped working.
